The problem
Family owned and operated, Go Turf is the largest independent turf producer on the Sunshine Coast, supplying developers, builders, landscapers, home owners and other turf producers with high quality turf. As a large scale business with many moving parts, they needed an all-in-one system to help them automate their day to day operations.
The solution
Go Turf used to only provide quotes over the phone or email, but the system we built allows them to capture new leads by automatically turning enquiries into quotes. Customers are able to digitally accept quotes, which translates into less time spent on converting quotes into sales. Their system also includes a custom delivery scheduler with auto-routing capabilities, which ensures that each order is fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
With a system that gives them a birds-eye view of their entire operation, Go Turf is equipped with tools for better business management and resource allocation.
